The Space
LVL 5° sits inside the Untamed Empire creative ecosystem on Spintex Road, Accra. 107 square metres of dark, purpose-built space with a 5.8m ceiling. Designed to disappear around the work and let the experience take over completely.
The work here is original. Rooted in Ghanaian and West African cultural identity, built with the rigour of contemporary art and the precision of immersive technology. Every show is a world premiere. Every piece is owned by us.
The name comes from where we stand: 5°33'N. Accra's latitude. Level 05.

Inaugural Exhibition
One life. Birth to adulthood. The realities of living in Accra, scored with the sounds of the city itself: trotro horns, market chatter, local trumpets, street. The Akan concept of Nkyinkyim as its spine: the twisting, adaptive path. You are not watching someone else's story. You are standing inside it.
